  Called to get lap top fan replaced. Was told they would call me back before closing to set up time to bring it in. No call back. Called again next day was told again they would return my call, never called back again. Don't think I trust them to repair my laptop if they can't even follow thru on their promise to return calls.

  Dropping off of electronics to be recycled is very easy and the staff is very friendly. I simply pulled around back and helped to unload mine. There is a charge for CRT monitors and tube TVs, but it is reasonable. Plus, you can get a voucher for that amount discounted on refurbished/repaired items in their e-store.
